How we work

No matter how complex the project, we keep things simple.

You’ll deal primarily with one experienced member of the small Lang team, who will take the time to get to know what you want, have the skill to deliver it without fuss and the temperament to review and rewrite as required.

We’re happy to help with any project that needs writing or editorial support. We start by making sure we understand your organisation and what you want. We then agree a fixed budget, before delivering on time and to your spec. Whether we come in at the end of the process with an edit, or at the start by helping you generate ideas and concepts, you will work with an experienced, creative team with proven experience.
